Primark owner Associated British Foods has suffered a 30 pent drop in annual profits, which fell to £717million in the year to 12 September.
The group, which also owns Silver Spoon sugar, Twinings tea and Kingsmill bread said its sugar business and currency fluctuations hampered its results.
